Michele worked with me for several months, feeding me online listings and helping me find a rental unit near where I wanted to purchase a home. Moving from another state, I really appreciated her wealth of information about my new neighborhood, climate, etc. Owning a home in Arizona is really different from owning a home in the upper midwest, and she has been great. Michele helped streamline my search, making my “on the ground” time most efficient. Most importantly, Michele listened carefully to all of my questions, comments and reactions to properties, without being intrusive or pushing me to accept her opinion.
